Break out the champagne!

Welcome to my first post.  I have some exciting news to share with you all.  I have successfully completed my studies in External Quality Assurance.  I owe a debt of gratitude to my assessor Jacqui, without whose help I would not have been able to complete the course.  It is fair to say that the Benn household is awash with the fizzy bubbles this evening!!
